Biweekly Mortgage
Use this template to create a bi-weekly mortgage amortization schedule. This bi-weekly amortization assumes that the borrower will make 26 payments per year, as opposed to a traditional mortgage where the 12 monthly payments per year is the norm. The template is designed to accept up to 30 years as a loan term. Enter all input values or #VALUE will be displayed in the amortization schedule. To view the template, click the worksheet tab labeled Template at the bottom of the screen or press Ctrl-PgDn. With the exception of data entry cells, all cells are protected. Use the Tab key to move from one unprotected cell to the next.
